Our distillery was founded by a group of enthusiast whisky lovers and entrepreneurs, who dreamt of building the first, artisan distillery in Israel and creating innovation in the traditional world of whisky making. founder and ceo
Gal Kalkshtein is an entrepreneur and investor who had a bold dream and decided to make it a reality, as he established Israel's first whisky distillery.
Lital Kalkshtein
Chair of the Board
Lital Kalkshtein is one of the founders of our distillery. An entrepreneurial problem solver, with a passion for building and leading daring products.
Tomer Goren
Head Distiller
Tomer Goren has been our Head Distiller since the distillery's establishment. He has extensive experience in whisky production and serves as a judge in the most prestigious whisky competitions in the world.
Tal Chotiner
VP Sales
Tal Chotiner has years of experience in the whisky and alcohol industry, and he is the man responsible for exporting our whiskies worldwide.
Dana Baran
VP Marketing
Dana Baran is managing the marketing and visitor center team. She has a rich experience in marketing, and she is the woman in charge of building our marketing strategy and brand story.

VP Purchasing & Logistic
Ravit Dekel manages the company's procurement and the distillery's supply chain, and is responsible for the operational efficiency of the distillery.
