This cask has been treated with the ‘STR’ method, which stands for Shaving, Toasting and Re-charring, a process pioneered by the late whisky consultant Dr Jim Swan, who was an adviser to our distillery.

Can I design my own label?
Of course, anyone who purchases a private cask can choose the design of the bottle label.

What types of casks can be purchased?
You can purchase a cask that was previously used to age American bourbon or an STR cask that was used to age red wine.

Is it possible to taste the whisky while it is aging?
Yes, you can visit our distillery in Tel Aviv any time, and taste your whisky. Just email us and we will schedule a tasting meeting.
