  • Where are the distillery and visitor center located?

    • Our distillery and visitor center are located at 16 HaThiya Street, Tel Aviv. For a link to the map, click here.

  • How long is the tour?

    • A visit to the distillery takes about one to two hours, depending on the type of tour you choose.

  • Are there tours every day of the week?

    • Tours take place during all days of the week, except Saturday. You can see the details of the tour types and dates on our visitor center page. Any tour of the distillery is subject to pre-order on our website. For any further questions, you can contact us at [email protected].

  • Are reservations required?

    • Although we welcome drop-in visitors, we encourage you to pre-order a tour on our website or email us before arriving, to ensure you enjoy the perfect experience at our distillery.

  • What does the tour include?

    • We begin by explaining the history of distillation, the process, and the different types of whisky. From there we will move to the distillery itself and trace the path that a grain of malt takes, from the sack to the glass. We will finish in the tasting room and conduct a guided tasting of our variety of whiskies.

  • Does the facility handicap accessible?

    • The distillery and visitor center are wheelchair accessible. It is recommended to notify us before arrival.

  • Can I purchase the M&H distillery products when I visit for the tour?

    • Certainly, the distillery shop offers a whole range of products and products exclusive to the distillery shop. Customers who purchase products at the end of the tour can enjoy a 10% discount.

  • Is the distillery kosher?

    • Yes, the distillery and our products are kosher under the supervision of the Tel Aviv Rabbinate.
      As for the Whisky & Chocolate Pairing the chocolate is kosher under the supervision of the Tel Aviv rabbinate. The cheeses from the Whisky & Cheese Pairing are kosher under the supervision of the regional rabbinate of Kfar Pins – Menashe.

  • How can I cancel a reservation

    • You can cancel or postpone a tour according to our cancellation policy. Contact us by phone or email. We respect your wish, but please, consider our guides and other visitors.
