Ex-red wine barrels that were sourced from Israel's finest wineries were picked for this part of the Elements trilogy. The Mediterranean’s climate, variety of soil types, hot sunny days and cool nights bring a spicy and unique flavor to Israeli wine – and in turn, our casks. The wine barrels used in the Elements Red Wine are a celebration of local terroir, curating a floral single malt with notes of dark chocolate.

Red dried fruits, ginger, oak, and delicate coconut bouquet lead a gentle mineral perfume.
Light bodied. Wine flavors coat the mouth, accompanied by subtle oak and vanilla notes, followed by gentle floral blossoms.
Medium. The dried fruits and wine linger, finishing with a touch of dark raisins.
The Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. This whisky matured in Barrels from Islay, that soaked with smoky aromas and salted flavours, then blended with ex-bourbon barrel aged single malt that left to mature under the hot Tel Aviv sun. The Elements Peated integrates the fruity notes of the new make into the barrel's typical Islay Peaty notes; the result is a delicate, rather mellow, and lightly peated whisky.

Delightfully fresh. A distinct smoky, earthy scent opens to a unique balance of vanilla and oak notes, with a final hint of lemon.
Medium bodied. Vanilla sweetness is followed by a delicate peat touch. A light spiciness accompanies ginger and lemon flavors.
Long. The peat coats the mouth, with delicate oak and lemon flavors lingering on the tongue.
To create this whisky, we travelled all the way to Jerez, Spain, and had Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry made especially for us. The casks, once filled with quality sherry and seasoned for one year in Jerez, were brought to the distillery to mature our New-Make spirit for a wonderful complex whisky. The M&H Elements Sherry is the first and only kosher single malt whisky in the world, aged in Sherry casks. This single malt reveals robust flavors of red fruit, dark chocolate, and oaky notes.

Dominant rich red fruit notes, covered by gentle oak, caramel scent and lemon freshness.
Medium bodied. Light fruity sherry sweetness, rich fruits and dark chocolate, followed by gentle oaky notes.
Long. The dark chocolate notes linger in the palate for a while, followed by tobacco and oak notes.
Our gin starts the same as our single malt series – 100% pure malted barley that’s mashed in-house and distilled in our pot still. Then we add a heap of Juniper and botanicals, hand-sourced from Tel Aviv's Levinsky market: origanum syriacum, lemon peel, orange, chamomile, verbena, cinnamon, and black pepper. We then let the botanicals rest in the still for 48 hours and then distill for the third time in our 250L pot still, for extra smoothness. 46% abv./92 proof.

Levantine Gin is a fantastic base for a classic martini or G&T, and any cocktail that calls for a flavorful, higher-proof, no-nonsense juniper-based spirit.
We age our Levantine Gin in red wine STR casks for a few months. The oak aged Gin reveals a subtle vanilla flavor, combined with lemon and juniper. 700ml, 46% abv.

The Milk & Honey Distillery, Israel's first whisky distillery, is proud to launch Israel's First Single Malt Whisky. Made in Israel from start to finish, this is the first release of a single malt spirit that was matured for 3 years and hence complies with the definition of whisky in Scotland and many other parts of the world.
This exclusive edition of 391 numbered bottles is released under the Milk & Honey's Experimental Series, a harbinger of world-class whisky, scheduled for world-wide distribution in 2019. Israel's First Single Malt Whisky is a refreshing non-filtered single cask whisky, bottled at 46% abv. The whisky is mature and complex for its young age, thanks to Israel's hot climate conditions.
Israel's First Single Malt Whisky was Aged in new 225 liter American oak cask, and after two and a half years spent additional 7 months in ex-bourbon barrel .
Israel's First Single Malt Whisky is the creation of Tomer Goren, Milk & Honey's Head Distiller, and the late Dr. Jim Swan, Milk & Honey's first master distiller and consultant, who has long been held as the world's leading expert on hot climate whisky and that passed away on February 2017.
Light maltiness with a gentle touch of orange, combined with notes of oak, cinnamon lemon and marzipan.

The Milk & Honey Distillery's second edition whisky is the newest addition to our experimental series, that made history with Israel's first ever single-malt whisky in June 2017.
This whisky was crafted from lightly peated malt, made in-house and matured for 32 months in new American oak barrel, before being transferred to an ex-bourbon barrel for additional 11 months, bottled at a perfect timing.
Distillation of the cask was carried out in a small pot still in a warehouse in the Sharon region by head distiller Tomer Goren, accompanied by the late Dr. Jim Swan, an international master distiller, in his role as a consultant to the distillery at the time.
This second edition of our experimental series is a balanced and complex whisky thanks to Israel's hot climate conditions. only 324 bottles. Bottled at 46% abv.

New Make is the clear spirit flowing from our pot still, that after a few years of barrel aging becomes whisky. While the wood and the aging process are responsible for most of the final product characteristics, the New Make is the basis of every whisky - it allows us to taste and feel the beginning of a great single malt whisky and its malt and yeast flavors.
Our Single Malt New Make is double-distilled 100% malted barley and bottled at 50% abv./100 proof.
This is a delicate, smooth spirit, which is still complex and flavorful, despite its young age.

A special herb liqueur that was crafted in honor of Israel’s 70th anniversary, symbolizing the Israeli essence and roots. Seven known people from diverse cultural and professional fields, individuals who are revolutionary, creative, daring entrepreneurs, were asked to choose a unique herb, root or spice that represents the essence of Israel for them: Almonds, Savory, Coriander, Jasmine, Tarragon, Thyme and Cardamom. Infused with honey, their choices created a complete, unique blend specially prepared at our distillery – Roots liqueur, based on our New Make product. 700ml 35%abv

700ml Levantine Gin bottle and a miniature of oak aged Gin.
Our gin begins the same as our single malt series – it is 100% pure malted barley and double-distilled in our pot still. Then we add a heap of Juniper and botanicals, hand-sourced from Levinsky market: Za’atar, cinnamon, orange, chamomile, black pepper, lemon peel aloysia citrodora . We then let the botanicals rest in the still for 24 hours and then distill it for the third time in our Gin-Genie 250L pot still, for extra smoothness. 46% abv
