These Terms & Conditions (henceforth "Terms") apply to the cancellation and/or reduction of the number of participants in a reservation made either by phone or online for tours, expanded tours, workshops and/or private events conducted by the Milk & Honey Distillery (a "Reservation" and the "Distillery", respectively). The term "you" and "your" means the person who accepts these Terms and/or makes a Reservation, and/or any person or entity on whose behalf a person and/or anyone acting on its behalf are acting (for the sake of convenience these Terms use the masculine form, but are intended to refer to all genders(.
Please read these Terms carefully and make sure you understand their meaning before making any Reservation. By making a Reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to accept these Terms and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind any entity or person on whose behalf you are acting in connection with the Reservation.
With regard to these Terms, in the event of a reduction in the number of participants in a particular Reservation, these Terms shall apply only to that part of the Reservation deemed applicable in the circumstances.
In the event of cancellation, notice to such effect must be delivered to the Distillery, which shall include details of both the Reservation and the customer (viz., name and ID number). Notice of cancellation may be given by telephone at 03-6320491, by e-mail to email@example.com, or by contacting the Distillery through its website at https://mh-distillery.com/he/contact.
In the event of cancellation of a tour, an extended tour or a workshop, as applicable, by the Distillery, in respect of which payment has already been made for your participation therein, a refund equal to the consideration paid for your participation in any such event will be credited to your account.
It is hereby clarified that the above terms of cancellation of a transaction are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, regarding cancellation of a transaction (whether made by phone, online or otherwise) and receipt of a monetary refund (as permitted by such Law).
